About this site

Septic Pumping Knoxville is an independent referral and information site about septic tank pumping in Knoxville and Knox County, Tennessee.

What this site is, and is not

It is a plain-English guide for homeowners, written from the public sources linked on each page.
It is not a contractor and does not do septic tank pumping or any related work.
It is not affiliated with any business, agency or organization named or linked on this site. Links to government pages are there so you can check facts yourself.
It does not hold any state license, permit or credential for this work, and it never claims to.

This site is owned and run by an independent publisher. It is not a local business and has no office in Knoxville.

Preview note: the operator's name and a contact method will be added here before the site launches.

This site does not send anyone's request anywhere yet. If a request feature is added later:

Any provider will be named on the site with its TDEC septage removal permit number, checked on the TDEC DataViewer, and must hold a current Knox County pumper permit before any request is sent.
Any provider will be based in Knox County or a county next to it.
A request will go to one independent provider only, and the page will say so before you send anything.
The provider may pay the site owner a fee for referrals. That will be stated on the site.
This privacy page will be updated before any request feature goes live.

Rules and lists change. If something here is out of date, the linked government page is the one to follow.
